Belinda works in private practice providing Clinical Supervision and is passionate about supporting professionals working in the caring professions- those who work to help others. The nurses, midwives, counsellors, social workers, teachers and support workers. She values the opportunity to provide practitioners with time to reflect on their practice and has seen how this can support professional growth and improve mental health and wellbeing. Belinda’s strength is her unwavering curiosity and genuine interest in people. She has learnt the value of being authentic, both professionally and in her personal journey. She understands that people respond positively when they feel heard and she values the opportunity to listen and learn from others. She is totally focused on solutions and believes Clinical Supervision supports supervisees to craft their own solutions.
