About Me

My style of Supervision has evolved from incorporating Reflective Supervision (as developed by Daphne Hewson & Michael Carroll) and Strength based Supervision which focuses on collaboration and strength-building. I am experienced and trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including: Systemic, Couple Therapy, Solution Focused, ACT, CBT, Existential, Narrative, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Creative Therapies. We will set up a supervision contract and have regular open discussions on all aspects of the supervisory relationship. Supervision will be tailored to meet your needs and may include the development of therapeutic skills, managing complex cases, transference and counter transference issues as well as ethical dilemmas and meeting registration and professional body requirements.
