Rhonda is a mental health nurse, counsellor and family therapist with over 30 years’ experience working across a range of health, community and education settings, including 15 years in private practice. Rhonda provides clinical and professional supervision for a range of health, community and education professionals, as well as consultation and training for organisations around clinical and workplace issues. Rhonda uses a flexible and responsive integrative approach to supervision. She supports reflective practice by drawing from a range of theoretical perspectives, for example, collaborative model, reflective learning, and systems theory. Rhonda believes that different theoretical approaches can be helpful and applied in a given scenario to help gain insight into the complex dimensions of human experience. She, therefore, individualises supervision to suit the context. This is also reflective of how many practitioners approach their own clinical work.
